Had my gender scan on Thursday and the reveal today, the scan says boy but I’m seeing swollen girl. Please can anyone confirm what this baby is

I agree it's not the clearest boy I've seen (from that tiny snapshot in the pictures). But the sonographer will have had a moving view, so a much better opportunity to see. Also they may have actually been qualified (not all private sonographers are) and we are definitely not.
At least since this was an extra scan you will have the opportunity for confirmation at the anomaly scan. You'll get a qualified sonographer, and the baby will be two weeks bigger too so easier to see.
