Reduced movements, silly question I guess?

I am 26+2. Do have low papp-a and an anterior placenta. I have been noticing a solid pattern in babies movements over the last few weeks and have today just noticed he isn't or I'm not feeling his movements so much. I have felt him, just not in his usual way. I normally feel him in the morning but realised after a busy morning doing the school run, I hasn't and didn't get anything firm to about 10am. I guess my brain feels in two ways because of the anterior placenta and that I have felt him but equally there has been a change.

If in any doubt go to your maternity triage unit. Not worth the risk.

When I noticed less or no movement I would have a cold fizzy drink and then lie down for half hour or so and baby always got moving again (a midwife told me to do that). If you are unsure and notice unusual or no movement contact midwife or maternity ward

You’ve hit viability. So decreased movements should definitely be checked out.

I think the other thing and it almost shouldn't be a factor is I'm on my own with my other children currently, partner is on his way home but won't be here to 7ish and arranging childcare before he gets here is tricky. I have noticed an increase in what I assume is ligament pain? Everything just constantly aches all over, but that has increased somewhat in the last 24hrs..

The vast majority of reduced movement scares are just scares. But no one can tell whether it's actually a worrying reason without seeing you and assessing you properly.
