Positive test EPU help

Hey everyone just looking for some advice.
I have a 5 year old and have had 3 miscarriages since. I tested positive at the weekend and phoned EPU as I have a letter stating I may get progesterone.
They have said that I will only get it if I am bleeding and basically can’t do anything to help keep me pregnant.

has anyone been through similar and what where your outcomes. Or can offer any advice?

Lie and say you’ve been bleeding x

My friend got progesterone privately but she took it from ovulation. You could lie and say you have bleeding.

The letter is from the miscarriage clinic consultant. Says I may get it if I fit the criteria.

I might look privately for it. Thank you.

Ring your GP, they should be able to prescribe it on foot of the letter from miscarriage clinic.

I went private. Happy to send you the details. Spoke to the consult once over zoom and dealt with his secretaries- they could not do enough to help us.

Can you contact the consultant who prescribed it? I had the same issue with EPU but got it no problem once I got hold of the consultant.

Yep same. As soon as I had something in writing we got the progesterone.

My gp prescribed it. Do try them before paying for them privately, showing them the letter from the miscarriage clinic. Best of luck with this pregnancy ♥️

@YourGreyDuckmy local EPU where id had a miscarriage wouldn't prescribe, but another EPU a short distance away did. Worth trying others in the area if you can travel
