Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Probably the hook effect. Have a wee in a pot. Test it. Then dilute the wee with the same amount of water and test again. Second test will be a stronger positive if it's the hook effect.

Is the hook effect possible so early? 4weeks+6

Possibly a chemical pregnancy or early miscarriage, unfortunately. Sorry you're going through the stress and uncertainty of this.

I'm really sorry to type this but it looks like a chemical pregnancy. My tests gradually got lighter over ten days when I experienced this, and vanished the day the bleeding started.

If you're unsure, a HCG blood draw will be able to give you more info. 💐

Oh so sorry, I thought the tests were from 8th Feb and then basically a month later which would be prime time for hook effect. Given yours still so early I'd say this is going to be a chemical pregnancy 😢

ErickBroch · 02/03/2026 22:55

Sorry OP it does seem like it could be a chemical pregnancy. Could you purchase some digitals to be extra sure? X

How soon does bleeding start with a chemical
