How to ease morning sickness

I already have one child but was pretty young when I had her and seemed to have allot more energy. This time I’m so weak and constantly being sick, I’ve only recently found out and still waiting for my midwife appointment so not sure exactly how far along I am but sickness and fatigue seems to be at its peak right now!

has anyone got any tips like what to eat or drink to help me feel better?

Congratulations!

The first trimester can be so awful so hopefully you’re almost at the end!

I would slowly nibble on crackers, digestives and ginger biscuits.

I would also take sips of sparkling water. Still water would make me feel worse!

There are a mountain of threads on this if you do a search. Lots of good advice.

Yep I couldn’t drink anything still for my entire pregnancy. Any drink had to be sparkling!

Have breakfast.
eat little and often
stock up on ginger biscuits
search for ‘preggie pop drops’ on Amazon.
sod all the food groups and eat beige but take vitamins.
probably not very scientific but that’s what got me through last time. As well as an understanding boss and being allowed to wfh when I could. If possible.

good luck

Ask your doctor to prescribe drugs! They are very safe.
