Pregnancy bleeding possible miscarriage?

I need some honest advice please and maybe some shared experiences
I am supposed to be 11weeks pregnant if going off my period dates but ultrasound a couple days ago showed I was 9 weeks, so today I woke up and was bleeding fresh blood not heavy but enough to be concerned, I do have a n appointment made for 2days time in epau but has anyone measured behind 2weeks and possibly bled too and baby been fine ?
I had a c section 5 months ago could it maybe be something to do with this?
any advice would be so appreciated thank you

I had bleeding when I was 9 weeks. Had a scan the following day and all was well. They said it was probably implantation bleeding where it was embedding into the uterus. It was terrifying so I sympathise with you. I don’t recall being behind on my dates but my baby was quite small at delivery. I wish you well and hope all goes to plan

I had bleeding throughout two of my pregnancies. Both were fine.
