1 Day late spotting? Is this positive? Confused!

I had sex 12th Feb. My period is 1 day late so far - did this test this afternoon. Not sure if faint or negative?

slight red / pink spotting when wiping a few times but not much. Pad dry. Thought was going to be period but nothing really.

I feel so crampy and nauseas.

I can’t see anything and cramps I would think period not pregnant. But so different for everyone x
