Is this an invalid test?

Help please, trying conceive and I am due on this weekend (Sunday 1st March). I couldn't help myself and I've tested tonight and now I'm unsure of the result. The leaflet said the control line and the test line should be showing but my pic has the control line there then a horizontal line near the bottom which is very faint (please see the pic and advise) thanks so much in advance Invalid result Invalid result

To me that doesn’t look like an invalide result sometimes you just get those streak lines. If you’re testing early you should use first morning urine as that has a higher concentration of HCG.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. So do you think this looks positive? I was thinking about waiting a day or 2 and then testing in the morning x

For me I wouldn’t say that’s a positive test. I’d wait a few days and test again with first morning urine.

I would say thats a negative as i cant see a test line at all x

I can’t see a positive test line here, can you see a second vertical line?

It looks like a negative test with a dye bleed across it that’s all.

Edited as I read it wrong, despite reading it 3 times before posting 😅
