8dpo symptoms and crazy testing

Hello,
it’s been a while since I have posted on here. We have been actively trying for baby number 2 for a few months now since our MMC in august 2023. I was diagnosed with PCOS in May 2023. Fast forward to 2026 I had my first period 01/02/2026 - 06/02/2026 and according to my flo app I ovulated on 15/02/2026. We DTD every other day before ovulation and after. I am currently 8dpo today. Yesterday at 7dpo I had awful cramps to the left of my pelvic area and lower back which have now eased off (which could have been implantation) never suffer with period cramps until period has arrived. Have been having vivid dreams, fatigue and headaches and some nausea. I am terrible for testing and have tested 7dpo (PM) and 8dpo (AM & PM) and of course all negative. Am I still testing to early if I only implanted yesterday or is there possibility this isn’t my month. Anyone had similar cramps at 7dpo and gone to get there BFP x

A bit different as ivf, but I had a day 5 embryo put in (eq to 5dpo) and on 6 and 7dpo had on/off cramping, didn’t test positive (tested every day to track the fertility medication that causes false positive decline) until 11dpo equivalent. So that means with implantation beginning on 6/7dpo, positive first showed at 11dpo. Boot strip tests.

edited to add, obviously this is my interpretation of what was going on inside, I can’t be 100%sure all that’s true!

I’m right there with you! Had mmc then a chemical and then another early miscarriage in the space of 4 months last year.
Im 9dpo and have been cramping/spotting yesterday.
i know it’s too early to test, but am also squinting at sticks. Hope we both get our positives soon

@TheFutureIs sorry for your losses.. and yeah I’m 9dpo today just done a easy at home and negative (feel like I can see a shadow but probably line eyes) I’m very bloated in my pelvic area and cramping, needing to wee more, and got increased cervical discharge but god knows what is going on🙄😢

Spotting is more like a period now, so assume I’m out this month. Wasn’t due until Monday, but here we are. Hope better news for you

@TheFutureIs keeping everything crossed for you still.. and really don’t know what’s going on… I have PCOS so periods are random when they come but I don’t feel my normal self like something is gone on. My son is 7 so was a good few years ago I was last pregnant. Going to test again in the morning at what I believe is 10dpo and see.
