Just looking for some advice.
last night I was experiencing some very mild period like cramps as well as lower back ache.

this morning I’ve work up with the same but it comes and goes
not lost my mucus plug or had any waters rupture and baby is still as active as ever and even tho I’ve had 1 child I’ve never experienced early labour/labour due to having a c-section which is my plan this time round just waiting for a date to go in, fingers crossed I make it that far🥴

Could be Braxton hicks contractions and baby's head becoming more engaged. If contractions become stronger and remain regular and you are noticing pv loss then it is maybe worth a call to your maternity triage to be checked over as you are planning to have another ceasarean section.

Re fetal movements they should not alter in any way right up to and when you are in labour. Goodluck.
