Cryptic pregnancy?

I went to my gp regarding irregular periods and bleeding between periods and lower back pain. She told me I had a tilted uterus and it was enlarged. Waiting for a scan in three weeks.

Last March I had a TV scan which showed that I had no fybroids, pcos, emdometrios, adenomyosis. That my uterus was of normal size and in the right position.

I am epileptic and they have been messing around with my meds as I suddenly had a seizure in September which my consultant believes is due to stress now that my seizures are under control. Due to having said seizures we haven't been active in the bedroom for several months.

I took a pregnancy test which showed a very faint line, Could be evaporation. I took a digital test which was faulty and flashed up all kinds so I took it apart and it showed three lines. Please see pic, it's from a clear blue test. If I am pregnant, I would be 16 weeks. If not then I've no idea what it is.

Regarding the back pain I'm struggling to lie down on my back now as I feel there is lots of pressure on my spine and stomach. I feel very bloated and tender in my stomach. That's why I'm reaching out for someone who's experienced a cryptic pregnancy.

Please be kind. Im genuinely worried what this scan will show.

It doesn’t sound or look like a pregnancy to me. You shouldn’t break apart the tests as they are impossible to read now. I would get another digital if you’re concerned.

Gosh poor you. I have read that pregnancy tests in advanced pregnancy are sometimes unreliable. Three weeks seems like quite a long time to wait for a scan in these circumstances. In your circs I would pay for a private scan poor quickly just to rule out pregnancy, but we're in France where the system is different and it's very quick & easy and not that expensive to book a one-off scan like that.

I know. I'm inpatient and worrying. Which is why I did it, irrational thoughts i guess.

Digital tests always show multiple lines whether pregnant or not so I wouldn’t go by that. If it was faulty then use another one.

A urine pregnancy test is not accurate after the first few weeks as they’re designed for detecting HCG levels in the first few weeks.
