Planning third pregnancy

Hi wondering if anyone can offer any advice. I have two dds age 8 and 6 and we would like to plan a 3rd baby. I had both my dds by c-section and so would like to have a scan done to assess scar tissue etc before deciding for definite whether to try for a third baby or not. Has anyone had a scan for this sort of thing before? Did you find it helpful? Thank you appreciate any replies 😀

“Assess scar tissue etc”…. What do you mean?

Sorry I meant to have a scan to assess if there is extensive scar tissue in my womb as a result of previous c sections which could make having a third pregnancy difficult/unsafe.

I worried about this but didn’t have a scan. I imagine you could have it done privately? Recovery from my third section definitely took longer, but was still fine!

Never had a scan done before think you would need to go private for that. The nhs won’t do it.

Thanks for your replies! I know that I would need to get one privately just wondered if anyone had had one and used the feedback to make a decision. Thanks again for your replies x
