Hyperfertility - anyone else?

Hi I seen to be always pregnant, if I do the deed - I'm pregnant. They don't stick and I have had multiple early miscarriages (6 so far). Thankfully I have my son aged 15 mths. Ive been advised everything is normal and I seem to be hyperfertile and so my womb basically lets everything implant. Wondered if anyone else in similar boat and and success with pregnancies? Id like a second child but the repeated pregnancies and miscarriages are getting exhausting

So sorry you are having that . I remember when I was expecting our 3rd I discovered amazing videos on you tube called Nourish by Melanie and it had so many tips eg for maximising chance of successful pregnancy .
i followed so much of her nutrition advice and our DS is thriving . I do hope things go well for you and lovely you have a 15 month old , I enjoyed those months as so much change all the time !

I have hyperfertility, I had 3 losses and a TFMR at 16 weeks, and I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. All pregnancies I’ve got pregnant first cycle every time. My 3rd loss was tested and a chromosome issue and my TFMR was due to a different chromosome issue. What I did differently prior to this pregnancy was completely cut out alcohol for 3 months before ttc, taking ubiquinol 400mg, high dose omega 3, proceive conception vitamins as they have folate instead of folic acid, and a new one id previously never heard before which is NMN 500mg. There are trials on older mice showing that it helps improve egg quality but there haven’t been trials on women yet, however it’s a supplement that’s perfectly safe and available to buy. I highly recommended reading the 2023 edition of it starts with the egg, it is extreme and I didn’t follow it down to a T especially with the stuff around plastics etc but I did with the stuff around vitamins and cosmetics. I’m also on low dose aspirin and progesterone in this pregnancy but that’s not to do with egg quality it’s just to help me retain the pregnancy, I was also on these with my TMFR pregnancy and I believe they are what helped me carry her so long otherwise she may have miscarried. I appreciate what I’ve done prior to my current pregnancy may not work for everyone but I’m happy to answer any questions

I don't know for sure but I think i have this too.
My DS was a first cycle baby, no losses before him luckily. Then trying for our 2nd, I fell on the 3rd try. I was breastfeeding and stopped on that 3rd cycle, so I think nursing was stopping it from happening. I miscarried. I then fell first cycle trying again, ended in a chemical pregnancy. I then fell first cycle trying again, ended in another miscarriage. I fell first cycle trying again. I've now made it to 20 weeks! The only difference this time is that I'm on low dose Aspirin (this wasn't advised but I did my own research).

Congratulations on your rainbow baby! I had my son after 3 miscarriages in a row, I couldn't believe it when it worked out! So sorry to hear about your miscarriages and the TFMR. That must have been really hard.

I've been doing the supplements from it starts with the egg for years though have got a bit lazy recently. Ill have to get back on them. I could also cut out alcohol completely. I'm really interested in NMN500. Ive never come across it before, is there a specific brand you recommend?

Sounds similar to me. I always get pregnant! Congratulations on your pregnancy! I remember getting to my 20 week scan with my son and having to pinch myself. After all the miscarriages I never imagined getting there!

I have been taking all the egg quality supplements, aspirin and progesterone . I feel its a numbers game really as it seems everything gets implanted so miscarriage is sadly inevitable but it also means good embryos also implant 😀

Ah thanks so much. Ill check it out. I'll do anything to improve my chances! My diet is probably a bit rubbish, don't get much protein as vegetarian and I have a jelly baby habit! Thanks again :)
