Pregnant again after TFFA (tri21) last year

I’m 38, almost 39 and this is 4th pregnancy. We made the horrendous decision to terminate for fetal anomaly in June last year at 17 weeks. A difficult choice but 2 beautiful daughters and a full on family caring responsibility lead to it.

I’m terrified going to have to make this decision again. How reliable is a 10 week NIPT?

Very reliable. Good luck

Very reliable, no downsides imo. It really helped to put my mind at rest and made going for 12 week scan less stressful too as I already had some indication things were developing normally. Also the chance to find out the sex of the baby well before it’s visible on scan is nice.
