Hi, I'm about 9 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and having some light bleeding but no other symptoms, do I need to worry?

I mean this in a nice way - the only way to be sure is to call your local maternity/early pregnancy assessment unit.
Even if everything is absolutely fine (which I sincerely hope it is!) only a scan will be able to tell you. Wishing you all the best.

Second this. I've been on both sides of this. First time it was sadly bad news however the second time I sobbed all the way to the hospital expecting the same again but all was fine and that baby is now a happy healthy 3 year old. My EPU were lovely both times. That early on I would prepare yourself for an internal scan rather than an abdominal one, just a warning!
Sending positivity!

I'd contact your local early pregnancy unit - you might need a GP referral, we do in our area. I've had this in both pregnancies, unfortunately first was a loss and second all fine. Wishing you all the best
