I will be 7 weeks tomorrow, i've not had one symptom so far - no nausea, sickness, gas, food aversions, not even tired at all. I watched my tests change to 3+ on the digital and stopped there.
I has one previous miscarriage (5 weeks), and one MMC at 10 weeks. I can't help feel this is another MMC.

I was planning to wait until 8 weeks for a private scan for reassurance, but wonder if i should try and get something early next week? The worrying from lack of symptoms is all consuming.

I’d get a private scan booked for 8 weeks and remember symptoms don’t mean = healthy baby. And lack of symptoms don’t mean = something bad.

I know many many woman who didn’t get pregnancy sickness or anything like that and had healthy pregnancies.

I distinctly remembering googling and searching here for other women who had had no symptoms in early pregnancy after a miscarriage. With DC1 I felt a bit hungover for about a week in week 7, that was it (into PGP later on!) never sick, no gas etc. absolutely fine. Just felt tired really. If I hadn’t have done a test I wouldn’t have had any inkling. DC2 very similar.

We always see pregnant women on TV throwing up and feeling awful but it’s really very common to feel ok.

Really sorry to hear about your previous pregnancies.
I was the same had no symptoms! I was constantly googling and asking anyone and everyone who had a baby if it was normal. When I was around 7 weeks I had a little bleed but went to EPU and had a scan and saw a little bean with a heart beat flickering.
I am currently 14 weeks and some symptoms started for me around 11/12 weeks and I had a little bit of nausea and my boobs got huge.
please don’t worry, having no symptoms isn’t always a bad thing 🫶

@Ftm2026 so happy for you! Really great to hear you didn't get many symptoms til later on.

@BuffaloCauliflower you're right, it's what I have in my head to be pregnant at this time versus actual. So good to hear your similar experience and that it worked out.
@Letterstojuliet thank you, I think you're right, going to get a scan booked.

All so reassuring to hear, it's so hard to not compare when all you hear is people who were knocked out by symptoms and how early xyz. Everything crossed.

@ByPoisedTurtle it is so hard not to compare your symptoms to everyone else and what’s “normal” but honestly like every healthcare person I’ve spoke to, every single pregnancy is different and some people genuinely handle the hormone changes better than others.

Got all my fingers crossed for you & congrats on your pregnancy 😊

I can see where your worry is coming from given your history. Being this anxious won't harm your baby, but it will harm your ability to enjoy the pregnancy. Symptoms or lack thereof this early mean absolutely nothing. It's easier said than done, but please try not to stress. As you're less than 16 weeks along, if you do get any bleeding or severe pains (more than what you'd get with a period), however, please go straight to the EPU.

My fingers are crossed for you xx
