Is this a 7.5-8 week scan or further along?

Had a private scan, they say I’m around 7.5-8 weeks does this seem accurate

Measuring 16.4mm

I had scans at exactly 7 weeks and measured 6w4d the CRL was 7.2mm.
then at 8+4 and the CRL was nearly 16 if I remember correctly and they said this measured 8+1
So sounds reasonable

I had a scan around 8.5 weeks and to my utterly untrained eye my gestation looks slightly more developed that yours, so in my not even layman opinion, yes, it looks good. Do you have any reason to doubt what they said? I had one private scan and the woman did work for the nhs as a sonographer outside of the private scanning, so some of them are def reliable!
