Help needed with simple counting task......

Last Saturday9nine days ago) I forgot to take my Cerazette mini pill. Luckily I remembered on the sunday and have not had unprotected sex as the guidance leaflet advises users to use extra protection for a week. Now, is that protection for a week from the day I missed or the next day? I have a horrible feeling I have miscounted and may well have started another baby exactly 12 months after conceiving DS?
Would I be safe from Saturday night, does anybody know?

I would say it means a week from the day you took the tablet - eg Sunday (yesterday?)

I'm sure you are probably OK if it was only one day........
