Am I pregnant?

So i am due my period in about 5 days. My partner and i just had a baby six months ago. We got a little carried away about a week and a half ago and DTD no protection. I took ellaone 2 days after this but when we DTD it was right in my ovulation window and i took ellaone on suspected ovulation day. Because i am a very impatient person i decided to test last night to see what was happening. The first picture is the test a few minutes after taking. The test line showed up within about a minute. I decided to take another one and it showed a clear negative. The top test is the one i took after and are what the tests look like this morning. I am so confused by the first test because of it coming up straight away even thought control is patchy. What are the odds of this being a false positive? Please help

I wouldn’t trust those tests as they look weird you’re right. I’d get a digital one to confirm. That way there’s no worrying about analysing lines etc

I would say yes, any second line is usually positive

The more im looking at them i feel like i see a faint second line on the other one. I did do them within about an hour of each other and because im still testing early my pee could have been quite diluted

I took a boots early test at around 5pm today and feel like i see a very very faint line in person. Will attach a picture below. Dont know what to think! The first test was so clear but now wondering was it a faulty test

Take a test first thing in the morning. The waiting is awful but you will know in a few days either way. Keep us posted.

Looks positive

So ive taken about 10 tests (overkill i know) and apart from that first blazing positive they have all been negative as far as i can tell. There have been some faint lines but i dont know if im just looking at them too much or after the designated time so evap lines etc. I am 4 days late for my period but tested yesterday again and it was negative. Ive heard it’s quite common to be late on your period after the morning after pill so im not really sure whats going on! :( may have been a faulty test but never seen one come up so clear

I had this one and it was because (tmi) the pee went over too much of the test - so the dye was taken over the test line but not because of the reaction. Could the first test have been that? I moved to dipping tests in a pee pot after that.
