Doesn’t look like it no. As far as I know for all ovulation tests with lines you need to have the test line as dark as or darker than the control line.

It is positive but faint so could mean you’re not at your peak yet. Buy some cheapy strips, easy at home or wondfo off amazon and use those, if you can stretch to the clear blue advance kit do that along side it, when the cheapy ones show I was heading towards ovulation I used the clear blue to confirm. Use the Premom app to track it all. My most recent tests attached and I thankfully conceived that cycle, honestly the cheap tests are best

Most people when they refer to a positive ovulation test they mean ovulation is imminent as its picked up the surge. Ovulation tests nearly always have a test line no matter where in your cycle you are. And obviously they are not always “positive”. You can’t have a faint positive ovulation test like you can with a pregnancy test. For an ovulation test to be positive (for your surge) the test line must be as dark as or darker than the control line. That is when the test is actually positive.

No, it's only positive when the test line is as dark of darker than the control line. I'd recommend downloading the premom app and upload your test everyday and it will give you a ratio reading and you'll be able to track your surge.
