Nausea gone at 7 weeks

I am currently 7w5d and since around 5 weeks I have felt nauseous. This peaked in exactly 7 days when I actually vomited. However since then it’s gone completely. No nausea. I’m really worried as it has been gone for 5 days. This is my second pregnancy. With my daughter I didn’t have any nausea from the get go so the lack of it didn’t worry me as it didn’t suddenly stop like it had this time. Does anyone else have any experience with this? I am so anxious :(

When I lost my nausea last month unfortunately it wasn’t good news and I ended up having a missed miscarriage. However, I know lots of others lose nausea too and are fine. Could you phone your midwife? I really hope you will okay and sending best wishes your way 🩷 x

Hey! I had this with both mine. With my eldest I was sick until 9 weeks then it just completely disappeared for the remainder of the pregnancy. Then with my youngest my nausea would disappear for days and then come back with a vengeance! I’d had previous miscarriages so I was beside myself with worry - but It all worked out and I have two happy healthy children!

Mine went at 9 weeks and didn’t come back. I wonder—have you had aversions to anything at all? Because those for me remained for quite some time, so when I was freaked out about my fading nausea before 9 weeks (I was also bleeding) I would think of cooked chicken and feel disgusted and so feel better. All was well.

Sorry I meant to say peaked at 7 weeks exactly! So it’s been gone for 5 days!
