HELP! is this implantation or AF

I'm 13dpo period meant to come tomorrow.
This morning I had some intense cramping then I thought here we go the dreaded AF is here I'm out! I wiped and yes red blood so got pad out and I cramped and bled for around 4 hours of blood but mixture of watery sorry tmi but as the day went on it's really calmed down fast like I'm finishing a period??! It's pm now and I'm spotting watery pink and now manageable cramps???
Implantation or dodgy period? I feel like a lot has happened in such a short time lol

You won’t know until the end of the month…. With my second child I thought AF had an arrived but after one day of low flow it just disappeared. That was weird for me. A week later I tested and it was positive. Only time wil give you the answer.

Would a pregnancy be a positive thing for you right now ?

Hey, oh absolutely we would love to see a positive! But this has thrown me off big time! So implantation can really mimic a period?!

I'm thinking give it till Wednesday to test?

Implantation bleeding is typically brown or pink and much lighter than a period. I had it once, it was there when I wiped but didn’t fill a pad. Hope you get your answer soon OP.

How long did your implantation last before u got a positive x

A day I think around cd22/23 got positive on day 28 if I remember was a while ago now lol x
