3 days of diarrhea!

3 days of diarrhea, first couple of days it was about 3 times and today so far has only been once. Did anyone have this before going into labour? I am 38+1

Often a sign of preparing for labour. If you're worried or feeling wiped out/dehydrated and feel it could be something gastro, speak to your midwife. But otherwise make sure bag is packed 😀

I’m just under 37w and I also get bouts of diarrhoea… or very ‘soft stool’… in fact throughout my whole pregnancy though so I’m not sure if it’s an exact sign of labour but I’ve heard that it can be and that also ‘stomach bug cramps’ can also be early labour contractions
