I am 12DPO - testing positive but started spotting. What does this mean?

So I’m 12dpo started testing positive 2 days ago. My period is due in 2 days. I’m having some cramping and brown thick discharge like mucus on my underwear and a little when I wipe. I had a chemical pregnancy last month so feeling a little anxious.

Has anyone been in this position and knows if this is bad or good?

Sorry you've got this stress. It might be fine, but it could also be another chemical I'm afraid. This is how mine started, then a few days later it was a normal period. Tested negative a week later.

Could be implantation or could be bad news, very stressful but you just have to wait and see. Hope all is ok for you op.
