6 weeks pregnant low HB small growth second scan

I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant today. I went for a scan a week ago and baby was measuring 4.2mm and heart rate was fine. Went for another scan 5 days later as I’d had some brown spotting on and off, and baby’s heart rate has slowed down and baby has only grown to 5.1mm. Booked into the early pregnancy unit in a few days - should I expect the worst or is there still hope?

I hope I don't offend you by saying this , I think private early scans, I am assuming you paid, can be more trouble than their worth.
So little can be clearly seen so early compared to just a few weeks later and they can cause so much often unnecessary anxiety.
If it's any consolation I got spotting in all 3 of my viable pregnancies but strangely none in the one I lost early.

I think that's all you can do ,it's not easy to have a mind free from what ifs and worries during pregnancy I know !! Life would be easier if you could .
I was told 75% of pregnancies work out fine , that's a big number.
