HCG levels

Hi all has anyone else had slow raising HCG levels. Im 5w5d. The doctor said they were really good numbers. But I feel like they aren't. My HCG hasnt greatly increased in a week. Do I just prepare myself for another miscarriage. My doctor won't do more bloods or a scan for another 2 weeks.

Im currently 4 weeks 5 days and my blood hcg is at 1637 and trying to rule out ectopic as nothing can be seen on the scan (could be too early) but im due to go away on the 8th Feb with is making me really anxious.

I dont think the initial number is what they look for but how it doubles every 48-72 hours
