Just that basically! I'm 15 weeks tomorrow with my first after 2 early losses and 2 rounds of IVF so think I'm already extra cautious. All my first trimester symptoms seem to have eased and I just feel normal again... I don't have a bump just a bit of bloat, it's making worried something has gone wrong! Is this normal to feel like this? I feel like I'm in a real limbo stage!

Every pregnancy is different! With my first baby I knew I was pregnant before I even took a test as I felt so horrendous and that pretty much continued until the end of my first trimester by which point I had a bump. With my second pregnancy I honestly had no pregnancy symptoms really other than growing a bump! That pregnancy is now an 11 week old baby boy asleep on my chest, he was just a lovely easy pregnancy😂 try not to worry, and good luck x

@Jellybunny56 thanks for replying! I had morning sickness until just over a week ago and at the time I couldn't wait for it to be over now I want it back so it feels real again 😂I was sick yesterday but I'd had a nose bleed so think that was more related to that! I think I'm just going to be on of them people who worry the whole way through 😫

The loss of symptoms is completely normal but terrifying at the same time. You spend ages wishing for 2nd trimester to hurry up to be over the sickness, exhaustion etc then it comes and it scares you a bit how normal it is 😂

Definitely normal not to have a big bump at this stage in 1st pregnancy. In my 1st long term pregnancy (like you I had a few losses prior), I didn't show until I was well into 6-7 months. Some people never even know I was pregnant as I wore baggy jumpers towards the very end.

Depending where your placenta is (anterior or posterior) you will start feeling little flutters and kicks in another 3 or 4 weeks which will help relax you a bit again.

In the meantime try not to worry and enjoy the bit of downtime btlut that 3rd trimester exhaustion will hit hard and you'll wake up one day having "popped" a bump out overnight 😂

I think that's how I should try and think of it, enjoy the feeling normal stage 😂I have booked a private scan already for when I'm just over 17 weeks it just feels so long away! X

I totally get it
It's sooooo hard to wait 😂 You just want to see baby... and then you'll see it bobbing around dancing and think "HOW ARE YOU MOVING SO MUCH AND I CANT FEEL IT" 😂

Update, everything looking perfect at private scan, glad I went for the peace of mind ❤

I wish I could say this this time round!

I remember saying with my first that I could totally see how people don't realise they're pregnant for months sometimes, but this time round has been soooo different. First trimester was hell with nausea and tiredness and shortness of breath, now in 2nd and the nausea and tiredness have eased but the bump is sooo much bigger this time that it's already a pain to bend over at 20 weeks 🙈

I could have wrote this.
2023/2024 pregnancy my only real symptoms was tiredness and PGP in the last trimester. People generally didn't know I was pregnant until I was about 8 weeks gone. I remember 4 days before I was due going to the hairdresser and she said she heard I was expecting and she was shocked I was basically full term.

Currently 20w also and have gone up 3 dress sizes already, sickness & diarrhea in 1st trimester and outrageous levels of heartburn 😂

@feelingsuperlucky I have been pregnant a total of 6 times and everytime was different. The 1st trimester feels very long and the not knowing is tough. But it does speed up after that and once you get to the halfway mark, you end up having lots of appointments so it makes it go faster again.

LOL @BudgetBuster same for me re last time, I went to get my nails done and the nail lady noticed I was pregnant and asked when I was due, and I said Monday 😂

Heartburn central here also.
