Very confused 🤔 nub theory

So I had a scan last Wednesday and she said I was 12+6 I believe the nub looks very girl and was extremely excited as I already have 4 boys.
I've been scanned again today (so 5 days later and they're now saying I'm 13+6 which would mean I was 13+1 on the previous scan. Does the nub now look boy too anyone else ? (Picture proper way up is last week picture on its side is today)

The angle doesnt look high enough for a boy. I think its a girl. Good luck 💕
