Nose bleed 14+5

This could completely be non-pregnancy related but it's never happened before! Has anyone had bad nose bleeds while pregnant? I can only think it's due to increased blow flow, this morning out of nowhere my nose started bleeding heavily for a good 45 minutes, it then started again while at work but not as much, I think the extra fluid in my throat made me throw up twice while my nose was still bleeding, I rang EPU and they didn't seem concerned at all so I felt abit silly afterwards but I got myself really worked up! It had been over a week since I was last had any sort of vomiting!
Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi OP, I also had nosebleeds whilst pregnant, only with my first though randomly, not my second, I had never experienced them before pregnancy. I remember also being told or reading that it’s the extra blood flow. I remember having one that went on for ages the night before my last day at work, 111 suggested A&E. They of course looked at me like ‘why are you here with a nosebleed?!’. Hours wasted until the early hours when discharged and I was absolutely shattered for my last day at work before mat leave!

It's so worrying at the time! I've been fine since so hopefully it was a one off x
