16dpo Negative test, no period

Hello,

I unfortunately has a mmc in October 2025 in which I needed surgical management at 12 weeks. I am TTC and have been tracking my ovulation.

I recieved a peak ovulation with the clear blue digital at night on the 4th January

it is now 22nd January - I am 5 days late for my period & im normally very regular. I last tested yesterday and got a negative test.

I really don’t know what to think/ do. Ive accepted the fact that im most likely not pregnant. I suffer with health anxiety and am now stressed that this means something is wrong.

any advice is very welcome

In your shoes, unless I had any other symptoms, I’d wait a bit longer before worrying. I’m usually very regular too but have occasionally had periods come up to a week late for no obvious reason and then back to normal again to next month.

Stressing can also affect periods, hoping you get the results you want x
