Extreme cramps yet no blood

I had some brown spotting yesterday at 5 weeks 2 days which just lasted for that one day and now suddenly I’ve woken up the next morning and these cramps are painful but no blood, no discharge it’s clear when I wee and when I wipe. I’ve got no pain in shoulder or anywhere else and it’s across my whole abdomen and it comes and goes but it can feel really intense. What do you guys think?

You get all sorts of pains in early pregnancy with implantation, the uterus starting to stretch so try not to worry. Congratulations!

you're early but I would call epu for advice. Very strong pain doesn’t sound usual. It’s good that you dont have shoulder tip pain, but in my experience that’s not the first indicator for needing to be checked out. All might be well! But def just call EPU for their advice.

Definitely contact the EPU as mentioned above, hope all is ok x

I have been in nonstop mild to heavy pain from when I was 3/4 weeks pregnant. It's always there. I was sure something was wrong but had a scan yesterday at 7 weeks and strong heartbeat and everything looking ok. I've been told it's normal just like the sleeping 12-14 hours a day is as I feel so tired (when not pregnant I was a daily gym goer)
