They say "long lie, ceph 4/5 palp, FHHR,FM, fundus 37"

head down
can feel 4/5 of babes head
fetal heart heard
fetal movement
measure 37 weeks

i think the 4/5 is what is palpable above the pelvis. so 1/5 is below the pelvis.

long lie - means longitudanal - so its vertical up and down which is good rather than transverse/across (bad).
