Should I be worried?

I’m 5 weeks and 2 days today and yet I don’t feel any symptoms at all, my breasts don’t hurt anymore. Should I be concerned? From someone who’s had missed miscarriages and miscarriages themselves I’m worried it’s happened again or is this normal for your hormones to fluctuate?

I had no symptoms until around 7 weeks - 10 weeks then they all dropped again after ten weeks , it’s totally normal , some never get any symptoms, can you book an early scan if you are worried ? They can check things are looking ok

I have had 6 pregnancies (1 TFMR, 3 miscarriages, 1 live birth and one current pregnancy).... I never once had the same symptoms in any of those pregnancies. I was quite ill with my current pregnancy from about week 5. My live birth pregnancy had ZERO symptoms early on.

I’m now bleeding brown and small brown clots. I think I’m miscarrying again. Contacted gp, waiting to hear back

Some brown even pinky can be fine and quite common, I have even heard of woman having a red heavy bleed and baby still being fine, it can be implantation bleeding or hematomas are quite common and cause some bleeding sometimes, and fix their self, an early scan after 6/7 weeks would determine a fetal pole and heart beat (usually this early) , yolk sack and if it’s in the right place etc, please try not to worry .. 💛 wishing you all the best ✨

Also can you contact the early pregnacy unit at all ? GP’s don’t deal with pregnancy much they might just refer you to there anyways , best of luck 🤞🏽

Brown is usually old blood (even brown clots).

Do you have an Early Pregnancy Unit you can phone instead? They can do bloods and then another set in a few days. GPs tend to just send you there anyway this early.
