I’m pregnant with my 3rd child I’m really hoping it’s a boy as I’ve got 2 girls…can you tell the difference between a boy pregnancy and a girl

No. Only through the scan.

I doubt it. Anecdotally a little in the distribution of weight further along, I've seen people I know and myself mainly gaining around the bump most of the pregnancy, pregnant with boys. Those who had girls it seemed to be more even distribution and hit the face more and earlier.

Most of the stuff is nonsense though, I had bad morning sickness and nausea and had a beautiful boy!

No. Its all old wives tales. I know lots of people, myself included who have had different symptoms with each of their pregnancies and had the same sex.
The only way i had a rough idea was measuring the angle of the nub on scan photos at 13 weeks. That always worked for me. Over 30 degrees for a boy and under for a girl. Sending lots of blue dust your way.
