Hi everyone im looking for some advice im currently on 15mg of mirtizipine and 50mg of sertraline I have asked my GP to ween me off and he has basically told me I can either ween off one after the other or both together starting with half a tablet for a week then a quarter the next week has anyone had to do this before and is there any tips 🥹

I weaned off Sertraline 50 mg over a week with no issues. I noticed a slight buzzing in my ears for a few weeks, which may have been related but equally could have been unconnected. I think I'd do one medication first rather than both but I've no personal experience of taking two together.
