Hi, quick question, i just got my form to send away for my baby box and my MatB1 certificate, do i send the certificate with the form for the baby box or not? Thank you 💙

How to get your Baby Box
Your midwife will fill in a registration card with you.
They will do this at either your:

• 18 to 20 week appointment
• 28 week appointment

Your midwife will send the registration card away.

You do not need to do anything else.

No, you don't sent your MatB1 certificate, you give that to your employer.
