Sharp pain low down early pregnancy

I'm 5w1d so super early. With both my successful pregnancies I've felt very nauseous from 7po ish. I don't feel that this time. I've had two miscarriages. One before my eldest, one after my youngest.

I just have this feeling that I'm going to miscarry this baby.

I've been feeling pre menstrual, snappy, cramps, runs. And now having quite sharp very low down pain. Not to either side, right in the middle, right low in my pelvis. I feel like it's a miscarriage. I've had no bleeding or spotting and I did two tests 48hrs apart and they got darker but I just need to know if others have this sharp pain and its normal. I don't remember from my other pregnancies, just the nausea and exhaustion with them.

It can be. It can be the uterus starting to expand. I had it myself, and not with a first pregnancy. I have also been convinced I was miscarrying after previous miscarriages, which I wasn’t.

I know those pains. It is scary. But I went on to have healthy pregnancies it was just the muscles expanding. Try not to worry. Easier said than done though of course x
