So it’s my second pregnancy with my first never had bp issue, it’s been low all my life lol.
developed high bp at 32 weeks, first put on 100mg labetrol then increased to 200mg 3 days ago due to the bottom number being in its 90s. I have monitored my bp since last night and the bottom number is still in 90s. The top is not an issue.

I might call triage after 2-3 hours if it doesn’t come down, I am terrified of inductions and they were talking about inducing me due to bp.
my first was natural and came at 37+5 days, really want to wait and see if he can also come naturally.
if my bp stays in 90 do you think they will really tell me to go do induction? Or let me wait for 38/39 weeks? Really feeling so low and down about this :(

i have no protein in urine slight headaches but they get better vision all okay too.

I had pre eclampsia in all of my pregnancies and eclampsia with DS1 which led to a fit in labour (although my bottom reading was well over 100 and lots of protein in urine). They are keeping an eye on you which is great and although it may feel scary they will make suggestions to keep you amd baby safe and healthy.

All my boys were induced and while I can't compare to a natural labour I still felt as though I was in control of the situation (as much as anyone in labour anyway) and didn't need any additional intervention. DS 3 and 4 were also really quick less than 1hr from start to finish so actually pleased we were already at the hospital.

The only downside was I always wanted a water birth and wasn't able to but I can live with that!
