34 weeks pregnant. Had sex then 10 hours of contractions

Hiya

just wondered if anyone been similar. Had sex around 9pm last night. I am 34 weeks pregnant. Woke up at 1am with mild period pains every 3-5 mins for around 20 seconds. It wasn’t easing but wasn’t getting any worse either. So rung triage at 3am and they said to come in. Put me on monitor and said it is defo contractions and I may be in prem labour.

by 11am they finally stopped. Stayed the same the whole time and didn’t get any worse.

they’ve said I can go about as normal now.

did anyone else have same and did you end up getting to full term?

I had contractions from avoir 34 weeks instead. They didn't last that long (more like a couple of hours) but I gave birth at 39+5 weeks.

Ohh ok so fingers crossed I could still go to full term x
