Early Positive Pregnancy Test and Cramping in Back

Hi, I did a test on Tuesday at what I think is 12dpo because I had cramps that i normally feel when ovulating so did both tests just to see and both pregnancy and ovulation tests were positive! I have attached pics of my test on 12dpo (top test), 13dpo and 2 today on 15dpo (bottom 2 tests). I am scared because my last positive test was a chemical where the line didnt get darker then went away.
Ive also had cramping almost constantly in the lower left side of my back for the last 7 days - is this a bad sign? According to my LMP, I'm now only 3+3weeks which is so early!!

Totally understandable you’re anxious but cramping is very normal at this stage, congratulations! I always got a lot of cramping in back and stomach and felt as though I was going to be coming on my period until I was about 7 weeks pregnant! If it gets worse/ continues it is reasonable to be checked out, they probably wouldn’t scan you until 6 weeks but just being on the radar and letting GP know wouldn’t hurt

Thank you! I had a feeling my dates were a bit off because my whole cycle in December was a mess! I ignored LMP and figured by when I ovulated i should be over 4 weeks - I tested again this morning and got 2-3 on a clear blue so definitely feeling a lot more positive! Cramps have also lessened a lot 🤞
