Due to nausea I can’t handle taking pregnacare vitamins and the ones I took for my first pregnancy no longer exist :( any recs for easy to swallow or chew vitamins/gummies please?

The only thing most pregnant women need are vitamin d and folic acid. That’s all I took throughout both mine.

You could try Inessa as they contain ginger extract and claim to prevent nausea

Have a look at some called the mom club on Amazon. They're a bit expensive but they're tailored to each trimester and they're the only ones that didn't make me feel more sick in the early days! I really like them, they have a good amount of vitamins in and are quite natural ingredients.I've taken them all the way through. Currently 32 weeks x

Not the Bassetts gummy ones. I was so looking forward to a little sweet treat each morning but they tasted awful! I was gutted!
