Cramps 4-5weeks

Hello!
I’m anywhere between 4-5 weeks pregnant atm (difficult calculating as my cycle fluctuates between 5-7 weeks!).
I’ve felt period like cramps over the last few days - they come and go, perhaps slightly lower down than period cramps.

Just wondering if anyone else is / did experience this (and if it’s normal?!)

I’m booking an early scan for 2 weeks time and currently trying to avoid doing repeat pregnancy tests at home and causing myself anxiety!

I’m 6 weeks and having this now.. I also have had brown discharge and a tingle of red today my anxiety is hitting the roof

It’s almost impossible to tell what it means.

With my DD I had a lot of cramps at 4/5 weeks, no bleeding and she’s 2 now!

I’ve also had a chemical pregnancy that had lots of cramping. Though the line progression on pregnancy tests wasn’t good for that one so that was a bit of a sign too.

Sorry I can’t be more helpful 🙈 you’re still in the game if you aren’t bleeding and even if you do bleed a bit that could still be okay. Fingers crossed for your early scan.

I can’t fathom waiting until 12 weeks, it’s just too long :(

It is impossible you’re right. It’s just going to be another two weeks of testing and then the scan for me, fingers crossed :)

I have an early scan on Monday .. u should call them up and say I’m having bad cramps and see what the EPU can offer u

Hey both, I dont have any words of wisdom unfortunately... I'm currently 5+3.
Tues and weds i had a feeling like my period was coming, not bad, but uncomfortable, Weds i had pink mucus once or twice when I wiped.
Yesterday was okay. Nothing...
Now today, more pink mucus this morning when I wiped..
I've had a ruptured ectopic, unexplained infertility, IVF miscarriage at 12 weeks, IVF success, failed IVF and now this miracle and I'm severely panicking!
I've got an early scan booked for Monday but so on edge....!
With my daughter i had a huuuuge bleed at 6 weeks, clots, everything, had a scan - all fine, bled daily until 10 weeks, another huge bleed with clots, another scan all fine and ended up being a quiet pregnancy! I guess we can just hope Xx

It could be something or nothing. But I had period type cramps for much of the first trimester when I was pregnant with my first. I was told that it was my body adjusting itself to being pregnant. I had an uneventful pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby.

I’m also between 4-5 weeks and having the same thing on and off since I got my positive test. Also slightly lower down than period cramps! I can’t remember it so much with my first but hoping it’s just everything settling in etc. Fingers crossed for us all x

Cramping in early pregnancy is mostly very normal, especially without bleeding.
personally I find I have more cramping with every pregnancy.
