Hi all feeling a bit down 3 month pp my tummy and waist look awful. Flabby and no curves just box up shape up to my shoulders. Started trying to eat healthy and exercise. But also ebf with a toddler. Is this normal? All I see online are people looking normal at this stage. I’m so far off pre pregnancy weight. I’m heavy!

I wasn't my pre pregnancy weight until I was at least 9 months post partum and my body shape was not quite the same after. I have a bigger rib cage now. The Internet is generally full of fake people showing off so stay away.

22 months post partum here and while my weight dropped quick enough, my body was never the same. Weight dropped but as soon as my baby started on solids it crept back up to my normal weight pre any babies... I am seriously flabby compared to previous.

Same weight, two completely different bodies.

169 months (!) PP here and my belly still looks like a week old balloon. I’m actually much thinner than I was prior to being pregnant but my belly is shot to shit. Ignore the pictures on-line. No one with a gut like mine is about to go showing it off and the majority of mothers do have it - the internet is bullshit.
