I had an ectopic in 2014, had to have emergency surgery and a salpingectomy.
TTC for 6 years, then had IVF in 2021. Miscarried at 12 weeks. Following IVF cycle resulted in my nearly 4 year old daughter ❤️ been trying pretty much ever since for a sibling and nothing. Had IVF October 2025, which failed so decided to get through Christmas and rethink.
January comes and bang... positive test!!
Now, for the last 24 hours, I've had this horrible, heavy, dull ache low in my abdomen, like my period is about to come. Once this morning I had pink mucus when I wiped. And now I'm having severe panic attacks and cannot focus on anything!!
I shouldn't overthink, with my daughter, I had bright red heavy bleeding with clots from week 6 to week 10.
But my mind is saying, this isn't good... 😭
I called EPU and have an appt booked for Monday. But I'm just terrified and obsessing over everything.
I'm just ranting really, don't know what else to do to cope with the next 5 days (if nothing progresses of course)
Aaaarghhhh! Why do our bodies torment us????
