Too early for ICP?

I’m only 19 weeks and my hands and palms have been quite itchy for the past week. I had a liver function test done last week and all was normal. I can’t think of any other reason I’d have itching like this. After searching online apparently it usually only appears in the third trimester.

Has anyone else had ICP this early? I know my liver function test was normal and so my midwife wasn’t concerned whatsoever when I mentioned the itching but I wonder if anyone had itching this early with normal live function results and ended up developing ICP?

I have had ICP twice but 1st pregnancy was 37w3d and 2nd was 41w!
But if you look at the ICP. Org charity page it does say.it can start at 16 weeks!
The blood test must be NON fasting same time of day each time they check. The levels go up and down and obvs appear later in the day and after eating. So make sure NON fasting after Lunch.
