seem to remember getting this with ds1 & bought support panel knickers and tried not to walk/stand too much. But today haven't really stood up too much and have been wearing support nicks and still feel like this, could it mean i'm further along than 33wks?

it sounds quite normal to me, im on preg n0.3 and have experienced this with all 3 (im 35 weeks)
i think it is just the pressure of the baby pushing on everything. (may mean head has gone down)
i find that sitting down for long periods actually makes it worse may be why your feeling it today.

it's been raining for a big chunk of the day here so i probably have been sitting down more, glad it's all pretty normal

may be SPD
tell your midwife and try to get physio referral if you feel the pain is in your hips and pelvis

your right it could be SPD.
although that is more of pain than just aching but could be the start of it may be worth mentioning it to the midwife
