Itchy skin, early pregnancy

I’m currently 8 weeks into my second pregnancy and as far as symptoms go, I’m feeling pretty good! The tiredness is turning me into a zombie but I’ve not been sick once which is very different to my first.

The odd thing is, I have the itchiest skin which is driving me insane. I quite honestly want to peel my skin off so I don’t have to deal with it. My hands are dry and itchy at night time, I’ve used all the creams I can and as soon as I step outside they’re sore again.

My hormonal acne is back with a vengeance and this might be the worst, I feel like I’ve got mosquito bites all over my chin! But it’s definitely acne.

Did anyone else have itchy skin? Is there a magic product to take this away or is the doctors a good idea?

Thank you in advance 🥴

Extreme itchiness in pregnancy can be linked to a liver condition brought on by pregnancy which can be quite dangerous. Make sure to see your gp. X
