Does this sound like sciatica?

I’m almost 38 weeks and for the past 4 weeks I’ve had a lower back pain that’s worse some days and is felt like a sharp pain that’s radiates from my lower back into my left bum cheek?

It doesn’t go down my leg and is worst when walking or laying down. The only relief is using heat patches on my lower back/bum area.

Does this sound like sciatica or something else? And any advice on how to help it?😕

Try the cat cow stretch

Heat on the muscle that hurts but cold on the lower spine to reduce inflammation.

as you are 38 weeks I’m guessing giving birth may resolve most of the issues 🤞. Gentle stretching may help. Good luck.

I slipped a disc at 5 weeks pregnant !

Heat or stretching or a spiked massage ball helped me. It’s awful though, I had it at night the last 6 weeks of pregnancy. It went straight away when I gave birth though x
