Hi everyone, I took the MAP last month so I presumed I hadn't ovulated so I took a test today never thinking for a second it would show positive, please give me advice does this look like a strong line and are the tests from Poundland reliable? Thanks.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I've always used them and they have never been wrong. That's definitely positive I'm sorry if that's not what you want to hear.

ToKittyornottoKitty · 09/01/2026 22:15

Yeah that’s a clear positive OP

MustBeCrazyMama · 09/01/2026 22:23

I've used multiple ones from there on all 4 of my children - never wrong.

dollyblue01 · 09/01/2026 22:24

I’ve used them in the past always been right x

I used £land tests with all of mine. They were always correct. Sorry you appear not to have the answer you were hoping for.

Thanks everyone, just a bit shocked but excited

You likely ovulated before taking the MAP.
Definitely a strong positive.

MAP works by delaying ovulation so you could either have ovulated before taking it, or if you had unprotected sex 5 days or after taking it then you could have conceived at that time.

My youngest grandchild came the same way, congratulations x
