Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share something I’ve noticed with new parents (and experienced it myself!) — those first few weeks can feel really overwhelming, even if everything looks fine on the outside. It’s totally normal to feel anxious, unsure, or like you’re not “doing it right.”
Sometimes, all it takes is a little guidance, a deep breath, or someone who really listens to help you feel more confident and connected with your baby.
I’ve been helping parents navigate pregnancy, birth, and those first 40 days postpartum — not with judgment, but with practical tips, reassurance, and support that meets you where you are. Even a tiny shift in confidence can make a huge difference in those early days.
I’d love to hear from you: what’s been the hardest part for you so far? How did you get through it? 💛
